DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE GLITZY FACADE..WORST HOLIDAY EVER!!

Just thought i would inform everyone of my dreadful experiences staying at the Hotel Gran Bali in 2010..I stayed for 14 nights with my 14 year old Daughter and 10 year old Son..4 Stars?don;t make me laugh..2 stars at best..80% of Staff are rude and arrogant..the food is absolutely disgusting..the same every day mixed with something else..barely luke warm..it makes me cring just thiking about the food on offer..we had to eat out every day which was an added expense as i booked all inclusive..entertainment is an absolute joke,like something from the 70's..the beds are pillows are rock hard like sleeping on concrete..i ended up having a bad back during our stay..my Son cut his foot on broken glass around the pool..staff,were not interested and offered me some plasters over the reception..it took more than 1 hour for a member of staff to sweep the poolside area..if you stay all inclusive you will be treated like cattle at mealtimes..my advice..stay at another hotel where the staff are courteous and obliging..stay here at your peril..be warned!!
