They are never too expensive unlike the others but the are always in good location. Beats the rest of the %-star hotels all the time!

Booked a day in the hotel to use the spa and relax in the Maidstone branch.

When checking in asked the receptionist for robes, she said she would send them up. Few hours later i phoned enquire where they were. The lady i spoke to then rudely said to me - "those are for our premium customers only' I said the lady before said we could have some. She then again rudely said let me check if we have any.

Their spa is joke. Its disgusting and needs a good clean. The sauna in the mens wasn't working.

And whatever you do make sure you don't have the afternoon tea. Horrible tea/coffee, stale cakes and scones that were not meant for human consumption, and sandwiches so bland that you might as well eat paper.

All in all a nice hotel (in terms of looks and surrounding grounds) let down by horrible food, rude staff and dirty spa.
