I have never had such a hard time with reservations than with this chain.
They use people from India and they are VERY hard to understand. They screwed up my reservations. Call the Hotel direct and AVOID the Reservation Operators for Hilton Chain. The chain charges if you want a room that you can cancel on. Seriously, they are not so elite that they can do this. Then, they charge you when you make the reservation and not at the desk at checkout. I do not trust the Operators and their understanding English.
