“Bad aftersales”

Shameful!!!!! We have had our spa 3 years, after it was fitted we had a leak which was sorted. After 1 year the pump went, so we rang and superior spa wouldn’t send a engineer out, they send in the post a pump that I had to Google and fit myself, the pump was faulty it was replaced and that one was faulty, we then had to get an independent engineer who confirmed it was fitted correctly,finally a superior spa engineer was send, phew!!! 3 years on the inside shell has bubbled, as requested I sent photos, to be told chemical damage, absolutely not!!!I have had a tub for 20 years so I am experienced with chemicals. Superior spa will not accept any responsibility, warranty is 7 years. How you can come to a decision by a not very clear photo, and have not had the decency to actually come a look at it. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!!WARNING !!! Fuming ????

“Seemed fine during sale but after sale support is terrible”

I bought a hot tub from Superior Spas in Sep 2019 - a Holiday Let 6 - designed for 6 people in our… wait for it… Holiday Let! I needed a robust tub that could stand the rigours of constant use during the holiday season. It all seemed fine to start with. But we all know what happened in March 2020…. So after months of lockdown and the occasional guest in the periods of respite, we were disappointed to find that when we reopened, the female filter coupling had come off (this was in Oct 2020) . After reporting it to Superior Spas and taking several photos we were told that this did not satisfy the 1 year guarantee (despite low usage) and the part was not covered by the 2 year warranty for pump parts. The advice was that a part would have to be shipped from the US and they would get back to me with a quote. Despite months of chasing and loads of calls from me - and every time i get a promise of a call back for a report - I still haven't heard back. I have given up now. Next stop is a replacement tub. Clearly this is my problem - I am on my own here and Ii have very little chance of proactive support from the supplier. Beware - Do not expect much help after you buy!!

“Avoid avoid avoid!”

Spa leaked from day one! I was in regular contact with the company advising them of the problems and patiently waited for engineers to find the fault on several occasions without success! They had me photographing the water level dropping for months u til it emptied! Superior Spas hold the manufacturers gaurantee for this £5000 purchase but despite me asking nicely for the spa to be exchanged under the section 75 consumer rights act they continued to pass the buck or play dumb until the years gaurantee expired leaving us high and dry! We sent a letter drafted by a solicitor once we realised they were not going to help and one of their retailers changed their business name not once, not twice but three times in less than one year! Never received a reply. But suddenly now I have left a review they are throwing their toys out of the pram saying it wasn't their fault and could I revise my review! To take them to court would cost more than the spa so the best I can suggest is look at reviews before buying from anyone especially these!

“Poor company with zero after sale”

Would not recommend any one to buy a hot tub from here had one myself and had continuous trouble they are fine until they got your money then not interested poor service. Do not buy!
