Shameful!!!!! We have had our spa 3 years, after it was fitted we had a leak which was sorted. After 1 year the pump went, so we rang and superior spa wouldn’t send a engineer out, they send in the post a pump that I had to Google and fit myself, the pump was faulty it was replaced and that one was faulty, we then had to get an independent engineer who confirmed it was fitted correctly,finally a superior spa engineer was send, phew!!! 3 years on the inside shell has bubbled, as requested I sent photos, to be told chemical damage, absolutely not!!!I have had a tub for 20 years so I am experienced with chemicals. Superior spa will not accept any responsibility, warranty is 7 years. How you can come to a decision by a not very clear photo, and have not had the decency to actually come a look at it. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!!WARNING !!! Fuming ????
