This particular novel takes the fears of living in a bustling Metropolis (Chicago ,New York City, Los Angeles) and amplifies them to the extreme. Such fears such as paranoia, crime and barren streets. what makes this novel so Unique is the way the author gives Great detail in his settings and appearances.
