The course itself was perfectly OK (Level 3 L&D)
However, like many other people I paid monthly for my course. The Direct Debit was never cancelled at my end but in the middle of the pandemic (July 2020) the organisation stopped requesting payment. I did not notice initially and then when I did a few months later, I presumed it had all been paid. I had been paying a year or two at that point.
Then, out of the blue, in September 2021, I I was sent an email with 'Final Notice of Fees'' of 291 pounds with ten days to pay before the amount being sent to a credit rating agency. Well, there were no prior warnings and I paid and provided proof that I never cancelled the Direct Debit. I consider the accountancy error on their side and the intensity of the credit control department unacceptable.
I expect an apology for their systemic error.
