Initially my phone was sent in for repair upon referral by HSBC insurance services. It was returned to me faulty which was a disappointment and I had to chase this back up again but the complaint was dealt with professionally and shortly a decision was made to supply new for old but unfortunately the model was discontinued. “Sapphire ring repair”

SBS repaired my wife's sapphire & diamond ring from which the sapphire had been lost. The claim, via the NFU, was dealt with quickly and we were given a choice of 3 stones to select by emailed photographs. Service by SBS was excellent apart from missing the delivery slot to our address by one day but the repair is excellent. Was very apprehensive about using a third party for my recent claim rather than my Insurance company dealing with it themselves. The item I lost was of sentimental value and I wanted an exact replacement. SBS were very reassuring and professional. They seemed to understand that it was impractical to provide receipts for items bought from different sources over a period of several years and accepted anecdotal evidence. Unfortunately not a 5-star as there was some confusion between SBS and Allianz about excess and what bikes were being replaced. However once they were on it I got rapid feedback to questions, knowledgeable support and a real feeling I was getting a "like for like" replacement with no suggestion the company were trying to limit the value I got from the replacement bike.
