Ive spent nearly 3 hours today trying to submit a claim. Ive made at least 20 calls. When i eventually get to talk to someone, I'm asked to hold, then after 20 minutes waiting, the line goes dead.
I then decided to submit the claim online. I got an emailed acknowledgement immediately but with no claim ref number.
The email said if it was urgent, to call the home emergency team, which I did.
I did this on 2 occasions but each time, when i eventually got to speak to a real person, after I gave them my details, policy number etc they said they could find no record of my policy.
its now 4.45pm and I've been trying to do this since 11.30am this morning.
I'm still on the phone waiting for a claims handler to answer.
Absolute rubbish. Do not buy your insurance from this company.

I wrote the above review. Just an update.....after hanging on for 39 minutes to speak to a claims handler, once again, the line has gone dead.
i've never experienced such incompetence.
