Do not use this company under any circumstances. No-one answers the phone, no-one replies to emails. Coverage is not explained.
I tried to change my policy mid-term and am still waiting for confirmation that i even have cover after two months of exchanges. The underwriters are impossible to get hold of and whoever is supposed to be answering the phone just doesn't seem to be there. Average wait time to speak to someone is about 30-45 minutes.
Genuinely some of the worst customer 'service' I have ever received.
