“Absolutely useless”

Paid £600 for this, two years ago. It did absolutely nothing there has been no change in the water quality whatsoever maybe just chalk. Do not waste your money. When you complain to the company they just tell you to give it more time. Talked to them before purchase went through the details of the situation, and followed the instructions and quantity exactly.

“It does not work”

Do not buy this product. We have tried it twice and besides looking horrible for weeks afterwards it has had no effect whatsoever on preventing the growth of pondweed

“WASTE OF MONEY!!”

When I first put the aquaplankton in my pond the fist half on the summer the water looked like milk,the rest of the summer the water looked like green milk.The following year with the aquaplankton in the water it looked like milky green pea soup.WORST PRODUCT I EVER PURCHASED!!! TOTAL CRAP!!!The star rating system does not go low enough to rate this product!!

“Does not work but no refund given whatsoever”

Bought this via a Private Eye classified ad for £47 to clear slime sludge and stuff from our very small garden pond. After 3 weeks it was a disaster, the whole pond was covered in a grey sludge with slime everywhere. Contacted them and was told they do not guarantee it will work, or it might take a year to work but in any event they never refund money for any reason. Never before have I had to buy something paying in advance to be told whether it works or not is irrelevant. Will now have to empty the pond and start all over again. A complete total and utter DISASTER. Now having to also consider a County Court claim to get my money back. Pity I cannot add a picture to show everyone the results!
