Northumbrian Water will not give me a water supply.In the CEO's Heidi Mottram's letter she said she is not obliged to give me one.I wanted to speak to the CEO about the contents of her letter but at the call centre both supervisors Olwyn and David along with adviser Gemma would not put me through.This was like using a human automated service.Where have all the departments with people gone.Gemma said do you realise who she is,you can't speak to her.Well she sent the letter not her pa.Heidi Mottram is new in this job and she has left me to find thousands of pounds to have a water supply to my cottage.After all this is 2010?

Far too expensive for a 'natural' source. You still have to filter this water before drinking.

PS. why put the price up when it has not stopped raining nearly all year?
