These companies take staff on make them work for next to nuffin then tell you thay don't owe you money and what makes it worse is the fact that solvis has gone out of business now so thay are trying to rip people off as much as they can before the company is gone . I would just like to warn anyone who has contact with any of the companies as in Hargreaves builders solvis and your choice solar choice thay are evil people and one of the customer service advisor is so disrespectful

I almost got duped by this company because they trade under several other names, all from the same address in Middleton.

Beware of Solar Choice and Hargreaves Building Services, and be sure to always do your homework before buying anything after having a canvasser knock on your door.

we agreed to have Solvis install their free solar panels.

Our first property survey said we would be hearing within a week when installation would go ahead, please clear out your loft.

Two weeks later I rang and was told we still need an energy servey. This was done, and was told that we would hear within a couple of days wether they could go ahead. Two weeks later we still had no decision and that after been told someone would call back. No one did. I then emailed the guy who sold us the idea, and he never replied. The following day we got a letter to say we didn't qualify. This letter was dated the day I sent the email.

I have never experienced such appalling customer service in all my life.

This company deserve to go out of business.

Ive just left this company I worked here for 5 months, and I can tell you that this is a run of the mill sales and marketing outfit that fleece all their staff. They have an admin woman and its her job to make sure as many deals get cancelled as possible so that they can tell you they owe you no money. Week after week I would work 40-50 hour weeks and then be told on payday that I wasn't owed any money.

The boss stinks of alcohol most mornings and the installation manager walks about like he owns Google.

If this is how they treat their staff I can only imagine how the customers get treated.

When I signed up for 'free' solar with Solvis, I was told that there would be no issue selling my house, despite all the horror stories. The salesman told me that if there was ever a problem selling my house or the new owner didn't want the panels then they would remove them free of charge.

Lies. All Lies.

Firstly, they have taken out a charge on my property that will be on there for 20 years, so essentially they own my roof now. 2 different people have tried to buy my house and in both cases their mortgage company refused because Solvis own my roof.

And will they remove the system for free? No! They tell me that i was misinformed and that they are sorry!

There is no such thing as FREE, and the stress and worry that these stupid panels have caused me is devastating.

Left hand has no clue what right hand is doing. Despite 3 different people now coming to my house to take pictures of my late wife's death certificate, and my photo I.D I still have no free solar panels.
