My loft and wall insulation was booked in weeks ago for a mid morning visit, by 12.45 no one had shown up or rang, I contacted solarwall and they said the men had been delayed and would be with me soon, at 2.00 pm I got a call to say that my job had been cancelled and to re book. I was not happy at this short notice of cancellation as preparations had been made, day off etc. I was unable to speak to a manager after many calls and was then told to contact by letter. I picked solarwall by reputation and now feel badly let down by poor communication and service, I would not recommend this company based on service received.

A fantastic company very professional. From the first phone call I felt valued, every member of staff treated me as a friend while remaining business like. On the day the fitters introduced themselves and explained what they had to do all the time apologising for any inconvenience. I am delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in rating them them best.

I have never been in my loft! I thought there were only a few boxes up there. No problem said Solarwarm " we will get them down".

On the appointed day, up to the loft they went. OMG! There was heaps and heaps of stuff up in the loft. I felt sooo embarrassed! However, without further ado, they just got on with it. Removed all the "junk" and got on with the job in hand without hesitation.

What a team! Almost regimented. It took longer to empty the loft than it took to insulate it.

I cannot praise these guys enough, there was no fuss and no mess.

I was pleased with your company concerning the installation of this heating system, however the system has been a problem since installation despite many phone calls to you office it remained for me to finaly contact one man who contacted Daikin. This company is at this time rectifying the problems with this system. This is not to fault your servicemen,particually one man who was most helpful. I agree I was on holiday for several days which delayed things a little. However the system was installed in August and is still not working correctly at December. Kind regards Ray Knight

From the time my wife and I visited the showroom, until the installation was completed, we got nothing but polite and efficient service. The installation went smoothly and without fuss or major problems. All of the installation team, from the scaffolders to the electricians etc were totally on the ball. No fuss, no mess. Very satisfied. Just need some sun now for it to start paying us back!

During the summer 2014 we decided to invest in Solar energy and after some research employed Solarwall Ltd of York to do the work as the price was very competitive and the product was what I wanted. From the start ALL the staff from the office to the installation team were first class. Nothing was too much trouble,furthermore they were friendly, very resourceful and overall did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Really happy with the service I received. I had cavity wall and loft insulation fitted, took a few hours and the fitters were really friendly and polite. Left all clean and tidy afterwards. Would recommend
