I had 6 panels installed back in May as part of a community scheme. The team were efficient friendly professional and really helpful regarding various things that were not well communicated via the organising scheme. They went out of their way to be helpful and I really appreciated their good communication around logistics and timing of things. They were also very patient and generous in answering my many questions.

Just had 12 panels 2 batteries and inverterinstalled by a very efficient and hard working team. Workmanship was excellent and the whole job looks very tidy with the system fully operational in less than 6 hours. Our house is close to woodland and within 1 day of completion the local pigeons had found a new home under the panels. A quick call to the team and they were evicted within a week and bird deterrent fitted to the panels. Thanks for your help and we have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Used via an insurance company. Inverter replaced, started making a noise which we all agree doesnt sound good. Two months later still no update (the supplier is open) Came back to repair leaks caused by the faulty installation of another supplier, resulting in water ingress.Failed to do what they agreed. Pointed out that they had left broken tiles so they returned to replace these but refused to check the tiles under the array. The first rain and more water ingress. Agreed they would check all the tiles under the array but again refused once on site, spending 1 and a half hours saying there wasnt a leak in the roof - until the hose pipe was turned on and proved differently. They also agreed to change or move some lugs which they fitted for some bizarre reason in a contrasting colour to the rest of the array. They also didnt do this. Left the panels covered in hand smears etc -suspect we will need to get these cleaned. Currently in complaint procedure with QANW

Had my 4kw system installed yesterday and was pleased with how quick and easy the job was. Installers got the job done in a day and left no mess behind. I had done quite alot of research prior my Install and was impressed with how helpful solar safe was with explaining more about the system and its full function definitely good customer service and value for money. I would recommed to anyone that is thinking about solar panels to do some research prior agreeing to anything as many companies will over charge you or sell you solar kits that arnt particular reliable, Overall great sevice and a happy customer thank you
