Some compensation given after literally 100s' of phone calls/letters/emails and 200 mile round trip visit in person to head office because JWD would not respond. Problems continue due to a damp membrane not being fitted around large French windows and in response to an appeal for further compensation, a letter arrived today saying JWD respectfully consider this matter closed.

Their work is shoddy and totally overpriced. £500 for less than one hour's work and a bit of filler? Shocking.

An excellent services for the boys in orange white and black. From the date of order everything went incredibly smoothly - they provided a very early installation date and from then everything went like clockwork.
