I've just bought a new house with eco2solar solar panels. The eco2solar documentation says to contact them for a price to add a battery. After contacting them, they don't cater for domestic customers. They have recommended I use another company but the other company will have to take over ownership for the original installation, even if the battery installation is independent of the solar panels i.e. they don't interfere with the original installation. Clearly this isn't very helpful and no other company will do this willingly. Email response is incredibly slow. If you call them you can't speak to a person.

Eco2Solar installed my 4kW solar panels back in December 2012.

Only now as I start to experiment with collecting solar data and researching that I am starting to appreciate the quality of the installation and choice of products they used.

The day before the start date the scaffolding team arrived to erect the scaffolding and the day after commissioning to remove it. I was impressed by a “clockwork” operation with good housekeeping and the safety awareness practiced by pleasant personnel. After commissioning and external compliance testing, the team ensured that the inside and outside of the property was returned to its previous condition. I recommend Eco2Solar Ltd for their management control of this project and by having full control of site work rather than using sub-contractors. The company therefore ensures the quality of the installation and client satisfaction.

Eco2solar installed my PV Panels last year. They were professional, careful and charming. They made no mess and when I had a small problem with some tiles they came out and attended to it straight away.

I wrote to thanks them saying:- "I thought you might be interested to know that my Solar PV display is about to trip over to 3,000 units generated since you installed it for me. Given that it faces east and west and that the summer has been so awful I am more than pleased with the results."

I would unhesitatingly recommend them to everyone - and I do!
