The initial installation of the solar panels seemed to go well, but last winter one of the panels blew off as the brackets below were not enough and not in the correct positon with the end panels having far too much of an overhang on the prevailing wind side.

we have contacted them numerous times since February ( this is now September) both by phone and in person and they have never once returned our calls or visited the property to rectify

We are very happy with the solar panels EFS installed in our home. They did a very neat and efficient job. Very friendly service since the initiall call we made for enquiries. We would recommend them to others. Great products!
