I had a 3.5kw system installed into the rear of my house. From start to finish we have been over the moon with Crystal. Everyone we have spoken to and met have always been polite professional and caring. The installers were fantastic and courteous they cleaned up and took pride on their workmanship. The job looks fantastic and I look forward to seeing the savings.

Installed now for 4 months. Have received one Feed In Tariff payment. Electric usage has significantly reduced. Very happy with the installation by Crystal.

Installation of 16 solar panels went great! The installers were really good and caused no inconvenience the installation was hassle free and we had no problems. we would highly recommend and overall we are highly satisfied and would rate 9/10 overall

The installation was completed quickly by the friendly team who turned up on time. The electrician explained the system, how it works, and our options regarding the siting of the inverter. As a result we had the inverter sited on an outside wall rather than in the loft.

The roofer also explained what he would be doing and was quick to finish the job.

The electrical work by the meter under the stairs is unobtrusive.

Overall we are very satisfied with the installation, it is working satisfactorily and we are looking forward to the savings we will be making to our electric bills.

I purchased 16 pv solar panels from Crystal and I must say I am overwhelmed with the service I have received. The sales team were professional polite informative and helpful. The surveyor was also very helpful and professional he knew exactly what he was doing and provided me with confidence in company. When it came to the installation the office kept me informed with all progress updates and customer care calls. The installers arrived early and worked very hard they were efficient and quiet whilst also being clean and caring. They run through the system with me and now I'm earning money for nothing!

The sales staff were helpful and not 'pushy'. Following acceptance of Crystal's quotation, they provided a very thorough survey for the Energy Performance Certificate.

Installation was carried out very quickly and effectively. The installation team were polite and friendly. Likewise the electrician went to great lengths to explain the workings of the system and provided help in sorting out the feed in tariff application.

The follow up by Crystal to ensure the system was functioning properly and that we were happy with the way the work had been completed was excellent. Am happy to recommend them as installers.
