Terrible company, I do not recommend.

It all started so good, the sales man came and gave us recommendations and a quote, but sadly once the order was placed it all went down hill.

First of all, when you waiver your 14 day cooking off period to have the work start quicker ( this was offered as an option) we took it! It does not mean that the work will be completed on the date that they give you.

First of all the communication from Celtic Green Energy is ZERO.

I had to push for an installation date. The roofer came to fit the panels, only to be told, our roof would not fit the full 15 they had quoted for. We ended up up with 12.

With zero communication we were expecting the electrician to attend to install the batteries, I had to wait almost two weeks for him to come and finish the job, the solar panels were up but not working!

Absolute shambles of a company.

Quite simply the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

The owner of the business bragging about how many orders they have on their books and the reason for the delay was extremely unprofessional given that we had a poor service and it was more important for them to take on more business than they can realistically cope with.

It is a real effort to continuously chase them for answers, it becomes a very stressful experience when they never get back to you, EVER!

They also lie, and tell you one thing one week, and then when you follow up the next week because they haven’t got back to you, there’s another excuse!

They also forgot about the I-boost and the electrician had to return to fit it ( another wait)

To complete our nightmare they also sent an invoice for the 15 panels when we only had 12 installed, we have chased them several times via email and followed up with phone calls that they don’t answer and on the one occasion they did answer, we still haven’t heard back so I’m guessing they don’t want their money ! 2 months from finishing the job…..

Stay well clear! Absolute joke of a company

From the first phone call to the finished job, Celtic Green Energy provided a first class service. They were very professional in their approach from the comprehensive survey, free EPC, booking the job in and the actual day of installation was all excellent.

We were kept informed all the way through of timings of the materials delivery and when the job would be done. The guys turned up when they said they were going to and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

Very impressed and would defintely recommend them to my friends. They have already done two of my friends properties.
