I have been looking into solar for a while but couldn't quite get what I wanted from companies, either price was low but service was below average or price was too high and had pushy sales people, however i must say I didn't give up. I decided to give Box energy a chance and there is a reason for the saying "save the best till last" and they were definitely the best. Not only a great package but very competitive, non sales approach so they were not pushy and being a single mum i felt very comfortable. They stuck to their schedule and everything was completed efficiently, they also went through the process and made sure i understood what i was getting involved in. very pleased keep up the good work

First of all im very knew to solar so didnt know much about it, the chap on the fone was very calm and even though he had to repeat him self he stayed professional. Iv got to also admit the consultant who came and saw me had soo much knowledge and explained everything in simple terms eventhough i asked soo many questions lol overall very pleased with box energy and i will defo be recomending them to family and friends.

Box Energy delivered from the a great service from the initial phone call received to the post installation visit with Daryl! There was no sales pressure tactics, very smooth process which was easy to understand. I would not hesitate to recommend Box Energy to anyone!

Solar is something that I've looked into a couple of times previously, so when I finally decided to go solar I'm so glad I went for Box Energy.

Everybody I dealt with there were brilliant. The team in the office called me to give regular updates of my installation, and sent me emails to confirm everything. They dealt with everything, so all I had to do was sit back and relax, and now I'm saving money on my bills each month. Can't wait to get my first FIT payment now!

We had been thinking about having solar panels for quite some time, I questioned friends about their installations and looked at many reviews on the subject.

The fact remains that however much I thought about it the price of electricity was never going to come down - so it was quite a relief when I finally sat down with my energy consultant and we worked it all out.

Once I had placed my order it seemed to go so fast - the scaffolding went up, the panels were delivered and it was installation day... even that was over in a couple of hours and we are generating electricity from my rooftop during daylight hours, with the added plus of more electricity generated when the sun shines.

The following sales appointments were tailored to my day and were friendly and courteous, also all my questions were answered and explained. Next the administration team took me through the installation process and continued to keep me informed of proceedings, this was customer service at its best. A quick and easy survey was conducted on my home as a final check, which was polite and friendly. Next a team of electricians and roofers came to fit the system, again this was quick, friendly and polite. Finally there was a final visit to ensure there were no problems and that I was satisfied with the system. I am very pleased I made the leap to solar and I am even happier that I chose such a professional and understanding company as Box Energy.

From the first call to the final appointment, everyone I spoke to and met were pleasant and polite, and explained in detail, even the things I was unsure about.

All the information received via email was clear and easy to understand.

The roofers carried out all the work that was needed in the timescale that was set, even replacing a few broken tiles that I had on my roof and all the mess was cleared up afterwards.

The Electrician again carried out all his work in the time he set, and again the mess was cleared up afterwards, he even showed and explaining how the system worked.

All in all I was very pleased with the service that was provided
