If i can give this company zero i would.   the only information i could see was that it cost picked up by the courier guy for delivery. It never got delivered. Not update nothing!!! The saddest day of my life. The worst experience of my life. Please don't use them. My parcel never got delivered within london, just and 6miles apart!

Thought the prices were reasonable. You input the size and weight of your parcel and print the labels after paying online. Even though I followed the exact instructions and accurate sizes and weight I still got an email after delivery demanding further payments as it exceeded their guide. One advent calendar and a bag of sweets to son at uni cost me nearly £8. And it takes forever to be delivered. Their twitter site is full of complaints.

I would never use this courier again. My parcel was never collected and I am still trying to get my money back after numerous emails and phone calls.

Definitely one to avoid.

I booked a parcel collection through this website, despite receiving email confirmation they never arrived to collect the parcel - we waited in all day... Phone goes straight to voicemail and never rung back, contact form on website doesn't work or messages are ignored. Eventually got a response through social media where they asked for an extra £30 because their system had an error!!! Refund took a week longer than they promised.

Generally very poor service and wont be using their services again.

Booked and paid for a UK delivery through Parcel2post. They never sent any confirmation for the shipping. Contact Phone number on their site just goes to voicemail. Website live chat doesn't work. After 2 days have now decided to ask for my money back through PayPal. A company best avoided. Shocking service.
