It's simple & Awsm text service.

I have used text blast a few times now to promote my events. It is easy to use, great tracking and at a good price. I will be suing them all the time.

Although I am not a UK citizen which make up the main target market for Textburst, still I am having a marvelous experience of sending advertisement SMS's to hundreds of our clients in our locality.

With Textburst you can always be sure that your advertisement campaign will get the best coverage and you can reach out to your customers and clients with just a single click.

While you are always sure that your text will reach its destination, when the SMS length is a bit longer, it might cause the delivery to be somewhat unexpectedly late.

Nevertheless, I am happy that the Textburst team is always there to sort out my queries and quickly respond to give me the best customer service.

Its good and useful , there is more option to set the time so I don't need to worry im going to forget to send the text.

This is a great service for those needing to send multiple text messages quickly.

Fantastic service, very simple and easy to use for any level of IT training. We used the 'Keyword' service to give our customers another way to request items, we could then message them all with great ease to inform them when it was back in stock, we could even add their name to the message without having to type out 100's of Text messages!

The only section I would like to see improved is the 'Keyword' section, It would be nice to have the ability to switch the keywords off and also to set an auto expiry on subscribers/date. allowing us to create even more specific customer lists eg. First 50 Subscribers are gold, next 50 silver etc.

The billing page could be made more friendly and could contain a simple display of how many messages you could send by topping up at much (save us getting the calculator out)

Easy to download and set up. Handy 'top tips' follow by e-mail. Does what it says with no fuss and minimal expense.

However instructions are lacking anywhere on the website. A walk-through video would be useful. And I would prefer top tips to be available all the time in a help section &/or bubbles that appear by each action.

It's possible to use without instructions. If you're very techy you would probably regard it as intuitive, but what to do is not obvious to a non-tech person like myself. I wasted a lot of time clicking around just trying to work out where things were and what to do with them.

Finally, the emails from Textburst come through with the name Dawn on them. That's not helpful when I'm sorting my inbox. Would be much more useful if I could see that they are from Textburst!

Textburst is a great product. It's a shame it doesn't explain itself better, because I think more people would use it.
