I joined them in 2011 when we moved to a new premises. At the time I choose them as they were reasonably priced and seemed ok. I was tired of big corporations lack of customer service so I thought a smaller company may offer a more personal and better customer service. I agreed a package with the sales guy for 2 lines with some free calls and unlimited broadband. Lines got set up without any problems but then the invoices started coming with extra charges for calls made to national numbers (0845 ) although these were supposed to be included in the free calls. Charges for extra giga bytes used even though we are on a unlimited internet.

At first they were very friendly and credited us straight away. However as we went along more and more invoices were incorrect and when we told them about they went back on the original agreement and some of them out right lied and said 'Oh no we never offer that' or 'It's never unlimited' and it started becoming difficult to get then to credit. Also had our lines cut because we didn’t pay an invoice which was queried (this happened twice) and we were then charged a reactivation charge even tho it was their fault for cutting the line.

I decided to leave them this year. I'm still being invoiced by them even though I am no longer a customer. Being pursued for an amount that I don’t owe. Even threatened with court, despite them having only around 3 correct invoices out of 15. Avoid at all costs

Please be warned! Although Revolution Telecom promise cheaper line and calls package (EVEN ON fACEBOOK) - BEWARE !! Not only did they take unauthorised £300 from my bank account, with no invoice or prior notice, (which they eventually had to refund), they have NEVER given ONE call in the last 12 months at the rate their leaflet promised. They said "1.9p per minute at all times, local and national calls, and no minimum call charge". In August 2010 I have a local call here itemised at ***20.76p*** per minute! And a mobile bill at 35p where they promised 12.5p per minute. If my monthly charge has been low, I'd find a NEW CHARGE CATEGORY on the bill like 'paper billing' or 'manual handling charge' and most recent - 'manual payment processing charge' at £5.99 +VAT!! (only £84.46 a year CHARGE to RECEIVE my payment!) And now, because I have refused to pay until an explanation of charges was given - they CUT MY LINE OFF! S T E E R W E L L C L E A R
