I Have Never Been To Write Reviews Until Now.my Mu
I have never been to write reviews until now.My mum bought a calling card $10 and used it once.the cost of the one call was 1.20. Fast forward and a couple of weeks later, she tried to use it and all her balance was gone. She later found out that she incurred weekly charges.
Who the hell charges you weekly charges for not using your card. Is amazing that such a business is allowed to operate. I actually blame myself. I should.have checked their reviews first before letting her buy.
KEEP AWAY and save your money.
Rip Off
My mum bought a calling card through them for only $10. She didn't use it again until a couple of weeks later when she treid to make a call and there was no balance. Her initiall one call cost. $1.20 but the rest of it was taken in weekly charges etc. In short. She made the most expensive phone call as she had no balance left.
I mean why would you have a card with weekly charges... it defeats the purpose of the so called cheap calling cards. If it isn't to reap people, then I don't know what.
I am NEVER EVER buying from them again and i've advised all my family members and freinds. STAY away.

No Response To Emails
I needed the card for a family member that was in jail, when I found out that it wasn't usable at his jail and asked about a refund guess what? No more emails, no response at all. So you can throw money at these people if you want but remember that you have been warned.. I wish someone had warned me

Amazing Customer Service
When my grandfather passed away two weeks ago, I was in a frantic state of mind trying to reach my family who does not have skype. I entered my email address erroneously and naturally, did not receive confirmation of my payment for the calling cards.
I was furious as I had not realized this was an error on my behalf. Once I did, I explained to them my situation, how it happened and that I needed help.
They were so incredibly kind, understanding and went above and beyond to help me and fix my own mistake.
I don't think people often realize what it means to be on the other end of customer service. It's stressful, it's tiresome, and it's a lot of work. So when someone is able to put all that aside and still go that extra mile to help a client -- that merits appreciation.
Thanks again for everything guys!

Customer Service Was Great!
For several years we've been buying by a "pinless" phone card from them to use within USA for calling internationally from our cellphones. Though the website can be difficult to navigate, when try to renew same card, the card has worked well until last time when website couldn't find my old pin and I needed to buy totally new card. (We only buy one $20 card every 60 months, or so.) New card wouldn't work correctly, but a real person picked up at customer service, told me he'd call carrier to fix issue, and even called back that afternoon to tell me card was now ok. Card now works fine!

No Customer Service!
(14 May 2014)I have been trying to contact their Customer service for 2 days with no success. It appears that their email is disconnected and no one picks up tele or returns messages. I wonder if it is still in business? The service worked OK when I used it, but what is the latest status of this company?? Do I need to look for new service???
Used To Be Great...
I have used SpeedyPin for a couple of years now and everything seemed to work great. I've had a few glitches hear and there over the years but nothing that the customer service team couldn't fix. Starting the beginning of the year they changed their service plans and it all went down hill from there. You get money and minutes taken away while connecting and while the phone rings which wasn't the case before, which of course means if you don't get an answer, you will continue to have minutes reduced while you wait to call later. Every card I have bought since then has been faulty and I've had to call customer service to fix but of course at the expense of still losing minutes and money. Connecting takes forever and the quality of the call is pretty bad now too. Whatever they did isn't working and they need to go back to whatever system they were using before.

To Be Simply Avoided...
I bought two phone cards ($10 each card) from their website because the information from their website stated that I would have 50min for my oversea phone call. When I tried to place my phone call, I was stunned when I heard that I only had 15min. Usually when you buy a card from those international stores: you can have 20 min for a $5 card.
I immediately called their customer service who very clear informed me that I will not be reimbursed nor given another card to accommodate my displeasure.
I told the customer representative that I was not a happy customer and she very clearly did not seem to care.......Do not buy phone cards from these PEOPLE...trust me...I am NOT a hater..just sharing my experience with you guys!!!

Complete Rip Off
After purchasing $100 worth of calling cards, I have had access to less than $20 worth of minutes. The access number hasn't been working for days. I receive a voicemail that states "this is not a working number". I have sent emails & left a voicemail with customer service only to receive an email back stating "there was maibtainence on that particular card & to try back shortly". That was 5 days ago. I filed a complaint with the BBB & I'm sure I have a snowballs chance in hell of receiving a refund. DO NOT BUY. INSTEAD JUST LIGHT $100 ON FIRE. YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULT. That's 100% guaranteed too!
