Lately, when I call Southern Africa using my Pin Plan Card, the phone rings once, an American sounding ring. Then there is silence. I blamed this on problems at the call destination, however, when I hang up to try again, I am repeatedly told that my account is in use!! And then I notice that the time dwindles. While it is supposedly in use, it is of course eating up my time. I fear that the last $20 I spent will be eaten up this way. So, while the problem may not lie with this phone card, I am suspicious enough, particularly when I am told that my account is in use when it isn't, to stop using this company.

I've used calling cards for about 2 years now to call my family, and the Pin Plan phone card has been best. With one PIN I can call Germany, UK, Canada and Australia. It amazes me that the rates are so cheap, and my calls are actually clear.

What I love most about this company is that they have it set up so I don't need to use the long tedious PIN, and whenever I need something I can actually talk to a REAL PERSON.
