There is NO support if you ever need it, their rates are NOT the cheapest. And now they just stole my money, since their service is not working and I can't talk with anyone, there is no phone or email support whatsoever. This is a waste of your money!!!!!

I was trying other online calling cards (tel3, nobelcom, gorilla mobile, etc) and either got stuck with tons of hidden fees (connection fees etc) or had a hard time being able to connect. Bottomline: I was very frustrated and switced to www.mychitchat.com which I really like.
