They will charge your card and will not provide ANY service. No one will return your call after you leave a message on their so called customer support phone. No one will reply to any e-mails. All positive feedbacks are 3 years old and posted on a same day!!! Unwanted comments posted will be deleted.

There is no address information on their site so you cannot file BBB complaint!!!

great quality and prices off the hook

I have been using local011.com for quite some time now and I am very happy with their service, they allow you to make cheap international calls from your cell phone direct or home phone.

I saved tons of money from using my cell phone direct to call my wife in France.

After you signup you could add your international numbers and they give you local numbers for each person you wish to call, I save the new numbers on my cell phone and every time I wish to call one of my international contacts I dial the local number from local011 instead of dialing the international number.

Its soo much easier than using calling cards and better quality too.
