Cobra Phonecards

I bought this calling card which had 5 Pounds credit n 5 pounds extra credit making it 10 pounds . I made a phone call to Ghana using this card. For only 2 minutes my call was cut and was told my credit balance is 0. This is the worst phone card you can ever think of getting. I called customer service was told to call back in 6 hours , seriously. This card company is a total ripe off people money.

Inform customer service.told me they will come back to me in 3 hours time. 2 days is gone. Complete scame

called the destination number and was told i had 33 minutes and after 8 minutes cut me off and told me that I do not have enough credit. Called the customer services they asked me the batch no.. and he told me that call record has not been updated I need TO wait 6 (SIX) hours. I called them at 7.20 pm and I cannot wait 6 more hours. What I waste of money.. card in the bin and by the way this if from Lycatell.

Total rip off,no customer service . 5 pounds in the bin .not recommended at all .

Bought this card £10 was actually not £10. I did get a bit of use out of the card, but £5 wasn't £5 either as 10 mins into a call to Jamaica I had run out of minutes. It was a landline number at that. The customer service numbers on the card are numbers that sound promising when you ring until at the end, the line goes dead! You have to scour the internet to find a legitimate number for customer services which is in India. Having wasted time trying to explain that I have lost money on the card. I am then told that I should waste more money calling them back to see how far they've got with my query. I suggested that they call me back as I have lost money on THEIR card and I am using MY phone & spending my money to chase this up.

What a waste of money. 20mins for a call to Jamaica which is supposed to be 360 to 1500mins. Phoned customer services three times - no help what so ever. If you don't like talking to people, then this card is for you.

Face value of the card I was content with a total £5+5 what a bargain. However my experience of this card has gone down in my estimation which is so disheartening. My usual babytalk calling card I was told was off the market so as I'd chose the Cobra calling card as I'd used it before and had no problems in the past. Started off first call to the Caribbean was directed no problems. My next call to the same number 1 week later well was it me I kept asking dialing the same number over and over again. I wasn't getting my parents instead the call was replaced with a number in the USA. I dialled over and over again. I have tried it again today and guess what yes I've been redirected to the same number again. In all this time the minutes promised was falling and falling the pounds were reducing and still not getting through. I've given up. I'm going to take the cards back to the shop where I brought them and tell the store owner not to sell these cards and give him the review sites so he can read the remarks I doubt he'll stop selling them but at least I will be happy knowing I've pointed out a awful phone card. Saying all that I brought 2 the 2nd half tried to use today. It has credit but it's going right in the bin. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CARD.

pin acess does not work, customercare from euro calling cards dont have a clue, waste of money and time.

having bought one for pay phone use local uk calls i discovered in the first call only 23 mins available on card. not the hundreds of minutes call time advertised. no point in calling customer service as more of my money will be frittered away to cobra card. they do not display an email link which would be economical .

This is the worst phone card i have ever purchased, Bought it for the first time to call the Caribbean and the line was ridiculous, I couldn't hear the other person! tried again, and again...all of a sudden £10 credit went to £4....All the phone calls didn't even add up to 10 minutes. Called customer services, guy givers me another number to try, that didn't work! called them again and was told I need a normal phone, one with a cord! (Im shocked that a cordless phone can not be used to make a phone call in the 20th century) when I asked why it didn't work on my mobile, i was told it was because my phone was 3G!...you have to laugh! absolutely ridiculous! customer services are a waste of time, they do nothing and only recite the same line; "Im so sorry I understand! errrrr hold please!". I was supposed to receive a call back as i was annoyed, I'm still waiting! Im sorry I spent £5 on this card!
