Call00 phone card are good for international calls. I use their phone cards to call Russia and Germany all the time, and most of the destinations are quite cheap.

I have been using Call00 for the last 4 months to call to home and friends abroad, it's great if you want to make cheap international calls, there are few countries in the list you could get cheap with other providers, but i should admit Call00 has a great quality, never lets me down:)
