I called a phone number for 10 minutes and I was charged like 1 dollar which was ok. The next day I am calling the same number for the same 10 minutes again and I am charged more than double. When I called them and asked them how come they said that for the second phone call I had to pay "federal taxes"!!! 100% are the federal taxes?? I felt like somebody stole my money!

Never use Bravo again and I will advise all my friends to do the same.

like i stated in the head line. this company will sell your number to telemarketers. that is how they offer you a low rate. they lose money on your call but make it back by selling calling lists.

Bought this card to call from Vancouver to Sydney and it was advertised 3.9 cents per minute but ended up charging over 15 cents!! out of $10 it said i only had 80 minutes but then 30 minutes after it already cut me off!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY SHOULD BE SUED!

Folks stay away from this phone card thievery. They steal your time from you every time you use the card. When I called to ask about this "problem" I git some b.s. about taxes on second calls and other non-sensical crap, or just plain lies.

AVOID BRAVO. THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Bravo is terrible!!!I just bought a new card, dialed all the numbers and i was cut off the - 3 times!!!then I am trying to call their service and of course I need to say what the problem is and to call again after 2 hours to hear what the problem was! this is a horrible service!

I am amazed with the creative "time-keeping" that Bravo uses. I have used Bravo 3 times and have been short-changed each time.

This morning on my third (and final) use of these cards I was informed at the commencment of the call that I had 65 minutes avialable. 12 minutes later I was informed that I had 30 seconds available. I kept a close watch on the time as I had questioned the amount of time I had actually recieved on the previous 2 cards.

I intend to pursue this further as a matter of principle. In closing:

I have been ripped off by these people!! I bought a 10 dollar phone card, I tried to use it and it didnt work, then I phoned customer service, an East Indian man answered the phone with a nasty attitude!!! I told him the problem, He could not even give an answer and treated me like I as an idiot! His "answer" was to return my phone card and get a new one, when I bought that phone card a month ago, and I didnt even bought in my home city!! He then told me that I lost 10 dollars and hang up the phone!! What a horrible experience! I will never buy BRAVO CARDS ever again!

Overall, Call Bravo is not a very good card, because I usually have to call several times to get through and I cannot hear my US voice mails because they do not clearly transmit the keys I'm pressing on my phone. Avoid this card. You may get a $20 card but only receive $13 in value.

Call Bravo is the only service offering 25 speed dial numbers. Others offer only 3! This is so convenient and easy to use, since I don't have to enter lots of numbers each time I make a call.

I have been using Call Bravo for the lest few months after using other providers for the last two years. The service is great and easy to use. I no longer have to dial over 20 numbers to call my family, the speed dial feature on Call Bravo is great, and I never have a problem getting a good connection.
