I would rather pay more for these reliable phone card and I would recommend this card and others aren't always as trustworthy.

I used the union telecard service to call in Russia and Ukraine. It worked well the first 2 times-the last times i was able to talk to my family and friends without strange noises and clear. Every time since I had had trouble. Indeed it cost me more then my usual cost of 14cents.

I do not recommend to use that service.
