This is the worst phone card I have ever used! It was good a couple of years ago. Because of that, even though I stopped use phone card to make international calls for a couple of years, I directly bought the phone card from 1stphonecard.com online. But unfortunately, I regret very soon. The quality of the calls is terribly bad, I could hardly hear completely what the people I called was saying due to the frequent voice signal dropout. After making phone calls with the card I bought from 1stphonecard.com, I decided to discard it, although the most minutes I bought are still not used. If you are looking for a phone card for international calls, DO NOT buy it from 1stphonecard.com, otherwise, you will regret just like what I did!

For the rating, I don't mean to give 1 star, I meant to give less than half, but there is no less than half, so I gave 1.

I purchased the Taiwan Call Back calling card to make calls from Taiwan. Purchase went smoothly but when I tried to call the Taiwan number to make a call to the US, I kept receiving a busy signal. I tried calling the local toll number for a week and always a busy signal. I sent a message to 1stPhoneCard.com and never received a response even though their site says they will respond within 24 hours. This site sells bogus phone cards and should be shut down.

I just recharged my card a week ago and only used about 100 minutes. Suddenly only 2 minutes left when I made a call today. They are stealing money from customer. Stay away!

i purchased the card thru paypal and never got a PIN or log-in information. You try calling customer service and you are connected to a Chinese Speaking answering machine. What TF !!!!!! i complained to paypal and never got a response. stay away from this ripoff company !!!!!!

The card charges that are online and sent out are completely false for the iphone home card. Having bought a phone card and made a call that used a small amount of credit (75 min at 0.2p per min) I discovered when I next went to use the card that the charge for using the 0800 number was much much greater than the one advertised (5p per minute as opposed to 1p). The daily flat rate of 10p(which I had unfortunately not noticed when I bought the card) was also inaccurate. Phoned customer services who gave me a breakdown on the cost which had no relation to the card charges specified in the email I had received when I purchased the card and don't match what they have online.

Piece of junk.. I get disconnected 10 times out of 11.

At exactly 30 seconds from the start of the call, i get disconnected.

dont waste your money on this.. I have bought 4 cards...and it got worse and worse each time.. Right now... i got 14 hours left, but i would rather throw it away..

Time and time again it is the same bad connection from the USA to Indonesia. We either get disconnected or one can hardly hear the other one. 1stPhoneCard customer service is great at responding to the issue but the problem never seems to go away. Rates are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I am suspecting all of the calls are being routed through the same person's computer cause day or night it is Always the same guy answering customer service.

1stPhoneCard works well initially, but the quality deteriorated over the year. It has become a waste of time to make calls using this card now.

Using an internet phone is better than using a phone card.

Phone calls dropped a lot with 1stPhoneCard, and there was too much noise.

When I asked for a refund they charged an extra fee and refused to stand by their guarantee.

Get a real phone card!
