I have been trying for the past three days to make an international call using first a Cherry card and then a Chatterbox card bought this week online through 1st-Phone cards. All I get with both cards is an automated voice telling me the PIN number "isn't valid". I called 1st Phone cards Customer Services who tried my PINS and found the same problem. Astonishingly, they were not able to do anything about it. I have therefore given 1st phonecards £20 for a service they are not providing. SO BE WARNED. Their system is clearly not functioning at the moment.

I have used these guys for an Icard mobile topup for a year no problems anyway I got a free card off them the other day for using the service for so long so I thought I would say cheers.

Decent service, I dont know about the phone cards but the top-up is good for me

They are good for india mobile I am using Iphone from this site for 1 year but I can buy the same card in the shop but website is easier

Pin is coming quicker than some other sites. Never need to call them as card is working good

I have used them for 2 months and compared to the other people who I wont name with the Sherlock Holmes they are miles better, I call Spain Cell and I get a connection everytime with iphone, The only thing I would say is look at the service charges if you dont use the card it uses all your money so check them out before you buy

I call Thailand on business and use the cherry card, I call the 020 access number and it last's for ages, I see the other reviews but I have not had the same problems ,I have used them for 4 years and only have trouble when the floods hit Thailand and the service was down for a day other than that no problems.

this company shound be stopped as they're ripping money from people!! they have the guts to advertiswe that they will email the PIN number straight away.. but no.. i will report this company to the authorities and certainly should stop operating !!!!!!

I WISH I COULD WARN EVERYONE OUT THERE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I BOUGHT A PHONECARD ONLINE AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION EMAILS (TWO) BUT NO PIN. THEY BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY AND TOOK MY DETAILS (OBVIOUSLY TO RESELL AT A FURTHER PROFIT) AND I RECEIVED NO SERVICE IN RETURN. WELL, I'M GOING TO HUNT THESE THIEVES DOWN AND GET THEM SHUT DOWN IF ITS THE LAST THING I DO.

I call India and used Zero Zero it gave me more mins than other cards I have used so I am happy with this card, Great for India, I have not tried other places just india mobile.

Rip Off. Could not get through to customer services. 5gbp card -used in the states to c all the uk-gave me a total of 5minutes worth of calls NOT 0.2p per minute as promised. Do NOT use!

1Beware!! they get the money but the PIN number NEVER comes. They do not even have a costumer service or anything (when you call to their 0845 number it gets disconnected without ringing). JUST USE IF YOU DO NOT MIND THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY (they actualy made it very simple to pay).
