I had to send out a very large number of text messages on a daily basis as part of my dissertation study. Message Media's SMS text message services allowed me to do this efficiently and effectively. Also, each time I called Message Media for assistance, I received friendly and effective customer service! Thanks very much for helping me finish my dissertation study!

What I liked

What I didn't like

* nobody calls back on the weekends even though the operator says they will

* I wish I could go into my online account and change phone numbers to the alternative format rather that having to do so through a customer service representative. That way, I could do it more quickly and could do it on the weekends. Whenever it happens on the weekends, I end up not being able to send the messages to that particular participant and sometimes I lose them as participants in the process because they give up on participating.

* when I delete someone from a particular address list, it sometimes deletes them completely from my address book

* when I open up my address book to delete someone, the person at the top of the list is automatically selected. I never remember to unselect them. As a result, the first person on the list in addition to the person I intended to delete are removed from my address book. Then I have to go back in and enter their info again.

* I wish there were more options for sending mass texts. For example, my life would have been hundred times easier if you guys had some sort-of table on a single page that allowed me to enter different names from my address book with different broadcast templates, dates, and times for each of the different names. Since I was sending many different broadcasts to many different people and different times each day, I basically had to enter each broadcast separately. That said, it was easier than it would have been if I was doing it from my phone.

Great company over all, their platform is very user friendly and in case we needed support on a how to issue or a technical help, their staff is more then ready and quick to respond. Our tech contact guy is Sameer, and the sales rep we signed up with is Adan, and they are both upstanding!

Even suggestions on new feature that we might think that we need is taken seriously and passed along to their developers.

I would recommend MessageMedia to any one who is looking for a text platform to communicate with their clients.

After having used many messaging providers, MessageMedia was definitely the one I should have gone with from the start.

Fantastic reliability & has brought many cost savings to my business from reducing the cost of phone calls, to reducing the amount of resources I had doing many tasks that have since been replaced by the use of text messaging.

I have had a few solutions to ensure my clients come to my appointments but found most to be unreliable or not effective. Since moving to message media my branches across the US have seen an reduction in cancellations making the service page for itself.

For some time I have needed to find a solution to text my scout group for future events and notifications when cancellations occur (such as a camp due to poor weather). E-mail etc worked but often many people didn't receive my messages.

I found Message Media on Google and have used them now for three months. Getting my database into their system was easy and now making notifications only takes me minutes. I can even do notifications by groups so I only send some notifications to some members and not others which helps reduce my costs as well.
