I Hate Italkbb's Service

I've been using italkBB for couple years. There was a sales person from italkBB contacted me at the beginning few years ago. I signed up their plan with yearly payment for discounts. I switched to Vonage as I was not very happy with italkBB's quality and I heard Vonage's quality was better. At the time, I contacted the italkBB sales who was my sole contact from italkBB to stop, and successfully switched to Vonage. After sometimes (couple months to a year), I was contacted by the same sales person from italkBB again to switch back to italkBB, and I did. Early this year in Feb, because I was moving out, I called this italkBB sales to stop, and she told me that because just charged my monthly fee, I should use the phone until Feb 23rd, and she'll stop the service. Couple months later after I moved out, I saw italkBB was still charging me monthly fee, so I called up this sales person and she realized she forgot to cancel the service for me. She didn't want italkBB to know that and asked me to call a 877-482-5503 to cancel the service at once, then told them that I called the same number to cancel the service back in Feb if I wanted to get my money refund. Considering the bad market these days, and I didn't want this sales person to lose her job so I called the number and told them I called in Feb to cancel. italkBB keep saying they didn't have record that I called in Feb and it's my responsible for those monthly fees. I don't think this is customer's responsibility because it used to be their sales person cancelled the service in the past, even if their policy has changed and their customers have to call a separated number to stop service, how would their customers know if their sales do not tell the customers. Isn't these sales part of italkBB? In my case, I called the italkBB sales to stop and she forgot to stop or she didn't tell me that she couldn't do that and asked me to call another number to stop the service. From any points, this is italkBB's fault.

Because of this, I wouldn't use italkBB, never!
