they no longer support the number i was using but you can top up to use it, but i cannot use pin on the number they now support so i have lost my money, i got in touch with them but no help.

I have tried to top up my account through sending a SMS message and was charged for as this as expected. Unfortunately Dialtosave did not bother to top up my account and did not reply to my messages. They are thiefs, and I will complain about them.

Customer service is very poor. They market the charges as 1p per minute but when you check minutes and allowance it is very different. Poor value for money. You cant check your call history.

Easy to set up initially. Easy to use. Easy to top up. Reliable service. I have been using DialToSave for nearly two years and it has stopped the cost of calling my parents abroad from my mobile as the call is treated as national and therefore comes out of my free minutes.

I would like to know how you advertise the price at 2p or 3p per minute but when I checked the balance of my account after an 8min. call to New Zealand my account was approx. 54p per minute down in credit and then I got an e.mail saying you had taken another £5.00 without my consent. What is going on ?

I have always found this very cheap the site is easy to use and the agents are always very helpful when you have a problem (not often ).

I do recommend this site purely because it is worth telling everyone about something that is good value for money and very reliable.

There is not one bad thing to say and reps have been efficient and quick to respond a1 service.

1ST TIME THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE NO DIALED AND IT COST ME 9P

I find the website easy to use, access accounts and top us using paypal

Very easy to get connected to an international number, plus you can use your call allowance on your mobile when making these calls so all you pay for it the international part of the call which is extremely cheap.

So very easy to keep track of your available minutes and credit you have remaining, Very easy to top up your credit and its instant so no waiting for the credit to take effect.

Having been a customer with DialtoSave for a number of years, I highly recommend them as its so easy to set an account up.
