Auracall Phone Provider

Competitive pricing and simple to understand package drew me to Auracall. Post-sales customer service staff are very friendly and efficient. When my line went down during the high winds recently, they chased BT, kept me informed of any progress and rang back a couple of days later to check that everything was OK.

Avoid this phone company. They have very misleading landline contract that implies they are cheaper than BT and TalkTalk but when you read the small print, their option 4 package only allows 700 minutes of inclusive calls a month whereas most providers give unlimited evening & weekends or unlimited anytime.

They also start charging you for their call package even before the landline is switched to them!

They also have a habit of choosing which questions to answer when you contact them by email. That is, they will only answer the easy emails. Anything difficult to deal with you never hear from them again!
