I have used Tiger Recycle twice and have received cheque payments for both phones.

During the first transaction, I received a chasing reminder to send the phone, yet had not yet received the postage bag, though the second transaction was straight forward.

No complaints with either deal though and I found Tiger Recycle to be reliable - I'd use them again.

Received package straight away to send the phone to them, as soon as they got it I received money within 24hours through paypal. No problems, they send you emails to keep you up to date with what's happening. Recommend them!

I chose them because they offered the best price, however the service was horrendously poor. Took over a week to send the envelope, and over two weeks to acknowledge receipt of the phone. Even had the cheek to email me asking if I had sent the phone! Honestly thought I had been scammed and wouldn't hear from them again. As soon as I replied saying I sent it ages ago the phone almost instantly mysteriously appeared out of nowhere and there had obviously been 'technical issues' and 'payment issues'. But I did get pain eventually. I wouldn't be surprised if this company is a bit of a sham in all honesty.

I received regular updates by e-mail of the progress of my order and once processed received my cheque within 3 days of being processed, took probably 12 days in total from the day I posted it to the day I received the cheque.

Was easy to enter the details on the website, they advised me when they received the phone, tested and a cheque was promptly received. I would use this service again.
