Well I've always thought these companies were rubbish but this one has to be one of the worst. If you're thinking of selling your old phone take to carphone warehouse where they give you a price and actually give you the money they said they'd give you. Sell your mobiles firstly offered me on their website £96 which was £15 more than carphone warehouse so greed got the better of me but I have certainly learnt my lesson. Sell your mobiles then took 2 and half weeks to let me know that my phone was damaged "shock horror" as this is what I'd already told them and then they revised my offer to £45 which is 50% less to which I told them no thank you and please return my phone. To which there response was to say that in the terms and conditions (which is several pages long and admitly i will read every god damn word next time I buy anything) they said I had to pay £10 to get my phone back. If you look on their website you cannot read the terms and conditions until you sell your mobile.

i found this website to sell my mobile and found that i could make £20 more when i compare my mobile with all the buyers. it compares between maxuma, envirofone, mopay and all the top phone buyers
