If I could award no stars, I would. I sent an iPad in immaculate condition. They have devalued it to half the price and they say there are ‘deep scratches’ on the screen. I am gutted, and obviously have to accept the offer as if I ask for it to be returned, it will miraculously have scratches and be worthless.

You send phone at your tracked cost, you get response that phone has imaginary damage... they then reduce what they are willing to pay you.. not honest and honourable in the slightest

Sell yours elsewhere... not much else I can say, except google reviews seem to be inactive...

I was a little concerned about selling my 2 mobiles to a recycle company, wondering if the price would be lower than quoted or whether the whole process would take weeks. With RPC no such worries. They received my phones on a Monday,sent me a email to confirm this, then another on the same day to confirm my phones met the quote and that they would b paying the funds into my account and finally a email to say they had paid the funds into my account. These funds appeared straight away and all within one day. Quite simply outstanding customer service. Well done RPC.

Sent items on Thursday they email me Friday received goods a hour later passed there criteria and paid money on Monday. Very quick and I have used them before so that's why I used again

I had no problems when selling my phone to RPC. I received the prepaid envelope immediately and after about 7 days I got the money paid into my bank. I wasn't harassed over the phone and received the full price that RPC originally quote.
