Had an extensive look around the web as I was trying to find the best price for my mobile an Experia Arc, most companies were looking to pay around £100. I eventually came across Pound4Phone, they were quoting £114. The process was simple, I put my imei number in and my details, they sent out an envelope, I sent the phone back by Registered mail(if you have a pricy phone, over £46 then you have to do it this way). They recieved the phone on monday and the money was in my account Wednesday afternoon, boom, job done. Ace service.

The service I recieved from pound 4 phone was excellent, the bag was with me in a couple of day's and an e mail was sent two day's later confirming they had recieved my phone, within the next two day's the payment was in my bank account. Alleged Faults To Reduce Payments
sent 6 phones of low value as first transaction, no problems.
weeks later sent 2 higher value phones, both known to be fully working, and got some bull about one phone camera not working and a reduced payment offer.
The service is simple to use, but TRUST is a big issue here. i know both cameras were working when sent, so are they just trying to save money on the payout?? i think so. Dishonest.
After expressing your unhappyness with our price, we offered images to further illustrate the issue and to return your devices free of charge as is our promise. However the payment was still requested despite our offer of free return postage at no loss to yourself, there was little more we were able to do.
At P4P we always thoroughly test all devices we receive. If a fault is discovered we email the Customer with describing the fault with a revised offer which is always fair and commensurate to the fault.
If the Customer is not satisfied their device(s) are returned to the Customer Free of Charge.
At P4P we offer a very stream-lined service. The Customer first creates an online order, then receives a Freepost bag to send their device(s) to P4P, which is followed by prompt payments using a number of payment methods.
Having spoken to my colleague, we do recall the particular order described in this review. These devices where returned to the Customer free of charge. Therefore no losses were incurred by the Customer in using P4P, and he is free to seek alternatives.
We always do our very utmost to maintain our excellent level of service, which is always fair and honest.

Pound4Phone were offering the most money for my old phone by some distance. I had never heard of them before, but thought I would try them out and I am glad I did.
The packaging arrived the very next day I placed my order. It was FREEPOST, so all I needed to do was stick the phone in the packaging and post it off.
They kept me up to date via e-mail when they received my phone and when the money had been paid in to my account.
The money was paid directly into my back account and all this happened in the space of a week.
Very professional outfit :)
