I never received payment- no answer to phone and e mails ignored! This company should not be allowed to trade.

Beware of an inflated offer, remember if it sounds to good to be true it probably is,and I didn't remember that!

They will take your phone, never respond to phone calls, emails and recorded letters, then never make payment.

People are loosing pounds with this company, I cant see why they are still on Google and why they have not been caught, why should they be allowed to keep committing a crime, surely someone must be able to help all of the people that have reported this disgusting company?

Please don't use them as you won't get you're money. Waiting since November for payment they have ignored all my contact efforts and finally sent me a cheque in February which bounced.

I sent my phone back for recycling and haven't got any money. I have contacted the company by phone and e-mail and haven't recived a reply it be 3 months now and I'm looking for alternative ways to get my money back or my phone.

It looks like this company is a SCAN keep well away

I got my new phone decided to recyle with phone recyclers. They emailed with a list of possibilities as to why they cant accept as new all lies... i decided to go with ther offet awaited for payment it never came... i contacted them 5 times snd still nothing they... i now contacted trading standards and forwarded my case to them... dont send your phone save ur money and time

Sent iphone 6 in Dec. Finally got reduced offer mid January. No payment until mid February and now predictably the cheque has bounced! Was advised to contact Companies House and send an "Objection to company being dissolved" email. . Also sent company a "Breach of Contract" letter but not sure what that will do. Hope some of us get our money or phones back!

Started a new contract and a new phone was included in the deal. Preferred to keep my own phone so decided to sell on the one provided. Sent off my new phone (still in box with seal attached) plus all the accessories and awaited my forthcoming cheque. Couple of days later I had an email saying that the phone was not new and a long list of possible (but not actual) reasons was also given, none of which pertained to the phone I had sent off. Despite several emails and phone calls with no satisfactory outcome I had to put it down to a bad experience and accept the reduced offer. Yes, I could have cancelled the deal and got the phone back but I am hoping that this bad review has greater effect in discrediting their business.

Recived offer on 19th of jan,still waiting for funds and sent emails with no reply.Need shutting down

Well.....Like countless others I have found my experience with Phone Recyclers IDENTICAL to the majority of other reviewers - Hugely disappointing, frustrating and, quite frankly, a load of cobb****! 18th October was the date that I was informed that my submission had been successful (after Phone Recyclers had knocked a fiver off for a minute mark on my mobile's casing (dubious!). Hey ho! I accepted the £31.50 as that was better than having my eyes poked out with a sharp stick (as they say)....It's now 16th February 2017 and I've been waiting nigh on 4 months (yes - 4 MONTHS) for my payment. I've rung and emailed several times. No responses EVER from my emails. Two responses from my phone calls - both promising payment by return. The first promise was a month ago. The nice man from Phone Recyclers said they couldn't credit my bank account (why not?) but promised a cheque within a few working days (nothing happened). Have been promised a cheque this very morning, I live in hope that it might arrive before I die. I won't, however, be lying on my deathbed wishing I'd spent more time communicating in vain with Phone Recyclers! PLEASE DON'T USE THEM! At best they're dishonest, dishonourable and devious. Makes you feel nauseous, doesn't it? As others have said, a 1 star rating is far too good for this motley lot! Can you please introduce a zero stars rating? Mind you, that would be too good for Phone Recyclers.

No phone and no payment received despite chasing!!! Avoid at all costs.
