My old phone was sent off I was told all okay and money would follow shortly.

Then they tell me first class post takes 10 days which is a lie.

Still waiting and in the meantime the original offer to me has been reduced by £3 from the original.

I would say avoid at all cost and also I am sure they will not be trading much longer as they do not create customer loyalty or respect by their dodgy dealings with clients.

Totally disgusting, Sent phone off, then they had the cheek to tell me it wasn't the phone I had told them I was sending and offered me £0 instead of the £121 they had originally told me I would get. Just hope this review puts anyone else off.

Sent my phone to these jokers as they offered the best price (£110 )got a email 3 days later saying there was a screw missing from the back of the phone and the phone is only worth £45 .now I remember there being a screw missing from the back as this was from the time I had a new screen but the phone worked perfectly so it never bothered me .Told them to send me the phone back and guess what its got lost in the post ,no phone no money thanks phone bank £65 for a screw I don't think so

sent my phone off over a week ago now using the direct bank transfer i would have expected to atleast have had an email off them by now but no nothing, never again will i use this company, what a load of rubbish, wouldnt reccomend using, go with well known phone selling companys as it will be more realiable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Cant say enough, told me my phone was not in working condition when it clearly was and it took them 2 months to return it back to me after constant phone calls and emails. Never again.

I placed the order on the site on the Monday and had decided to use my own method of postage. I posted the handset on the Wednesday, which they then received on the Thursday. The site says 4 business days from receipt of the handset for your cheque to be sent to you, but I actually got my cheque on the Tuesday. Didn't need to contact them or anything, and I received emails from them at every step of the way.

Sound experience, whatever anyone else says, I would recommend!

I submitted my order on the 12th december and never received any freepost bags. I emailed them to chase and got a reply 4 days later and sent them out. I posted them back and got proof of postage, which due to christmas was then 6th Jan. I have chased and emailed to see if these have been received and have just had an email two days ago saying as they are outside of 14 days prices have changed. I have now lost money on these phones. I sent another phone to be recycled to another company at the same time and ahve a cheque now in hand.

I replyed to the email stating how unhappy i was at the fact that due to no fault of my own, their delay in sending the bags and slow service of royal mail i am not out of pocket. The emails have not been replied to, the girls are curt and unhelpful when you ring and ive now been told the phones have yet to be checked and to ring them again on tuesday! and a cheque may be sent some time next week.

I will not be using these ever again as I have sent other phones since and had the cheques in my hand now!

Disagree with last review entirely but shows contrasting experiences. Only difference was I chose to send my phone recorded delivery - not only is it safer but if you send it yourself and not using their free envelope they give you an extra £1. So sent the phone and around a week or so later received a cheque as promised for the full amount (that they gave in their email when I 'signed up') and have banked it today. So it cost me about £5 to send but i got an extra £1 and had peace of mind it would reach them. Would recommend recorded delivery but no problems for me - very satisfied customer!

I placed my order after seeing this company on the MoneySavingExpert website. After a week and a half, I still hadn't received my freepost envelope, so emailed the company to let them know. I did this twice, and did not receive a reply from either of the emails. I then phoned twice, to be greeted with the phone ringing-out, contacted them via their website, and emailed the MoneySavingExpert team. I'll never know what happened to my order, just glad I didn't get to the stage of sending my phone off to them! Went with Royal Mail's Simply Drop instead. Avoid Phone Recycle Bank like the plague, people!! They appear to be non-existent!!
