Not sure how they are allowed to still operate like this, looks like I'm not alone, wish more people would read the review before trusting these criminals. Sent off my expensive phone to them nearly a year ago and still got nothing. Tried different ways of contacting them, even reported them to the fraud police but nothing happened. They are still scamming people out of their hard earnt money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Sent my son's old Blackberry to them Nov '13, now April '14 & nothing. Very quick to send through to me pre-paid envelope for phone! Sent off, received courtesy email couple weeks later to say receiving high volumes of phones, may take a while to process. Emailed them month later but no reply. Read reviews, hey presto - all bad! Now my emails come back as undeliverable. Do not use - completely dodgy. Teaches me to do my research beforehand; luckily my son's old phone was completely wrecked but that's not the point! Hopefully they'll get run over by a bus...

I sent my Blackberry Z10 to these people in October 2013 an now it's April 2014 an haven't had no money sent to me I try to phone them but the number been disconnected it's ridiculous now an in top of that they offered me £180 for it but when they got their hands on it they made up story saying it had sum faults and that they can only offer me £110 for it.

I sent two of my mobile phones off to this company in November 2013 its now February 2014 and ive heard nothing from them . My money was not deposited into my account like promised. They originally gave me a quote and said once they receive my phones they will deposit the money. You cannot contact them either as the customer service email that they supply is non excustent.. I think this company is a houqe would not recommend any one to use them.

We sent 5 phones including 2 HTC models that were only a year or two old. Gutted!!! We were relying on that money to carry us through what has been an extremely lean January. Disgusted, disgusted disgusted!!

Sent an iphone 4 November 2013, quoted £105 for it. Had a letter prior to Christmas 2013 saying it would take 10 days to process. Not long after, the site disappeared, and needless to say I've seen no money. DO NOT USE AT ALL!

As with everyone else I sent off my phone mid November hoping to get money for Christmas and the same as everyone else I can't get in touch with them. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. I have reported them to Trading standards Watchdog and Rouge Traders. This company needs to be closed down immediately.

I sent my blackberry curve in the pre paid envelope end of November 2013 after them quoting £30 for it and have had no reply, tried ringing the number says can't take the call and to leave a message.

I have had the same experience. Sent a blackberry curve in November and was quoted a price of £35, received an email to confirm receipt of phone, but have had no payment, I have left 3 messages and still no reply, Avoid at all costs. :(
