Phone sent in that had no faults, only to be told there were numerous issues and a drastically reduced offer was made. I declined and phoned to discuss. Their phone was answered with a ‘hello’, no company name which was unprofessional. Phone was returned when I enquired as to whether they intentionally made high offers only to then revise once they had the item.

DO NOT USE this company, I sent a perfectly good phone to them and was told it was damaged, I asked for it to be returned paid the postage up front, this has still not happened, I actually threatened them last night with a Solicitors letter as they have either lost the phone or sold it on, and low and behold I received the original offer of £40 within hours, they should not be allowed to trade.

Alas, I didnt and have fallen foul...:(

Like others, they are not answering my many emails or phone calls, so I'm considering wasting one day of my weekend to travel to them and not leave until they return my phone.

May go via the local police station too.

If I do, happy to try and get them to return other phones too.

Sent my phone in aweek ago now and nothing i rang them and they said its been sent to the payments department and should be with you in an hr nothing rang next day and asked me for order number which I dint get so they asked me for my postcode, iv emailed them several times which theyv not responded, been ringing them last 3 days and its just a engage tone.. not happy

Please please do not use this company. You risk a whole load of hassle and time. I have been waiting almost a week for my payment and its yet to be received. I have actually reportee them to Action Fraud.

They will reduce the value of your device then try to get away with not paying you. I've seen so many reviews saying the same. Next step is a small claim and whatever legal authority I can go to if I don't get my payment.

Just please do yourself a favour and do NOT use and go somewhere like Music Magpie or CEX where you're quote might be lower but at least they are genuine.

I sent my phone in good faith, it was immaculate, but they contacted me the day after I sent it to say their were scratches and knocked £50 off original price.

This was still an average price for the handset and not wanting to go through the delayed process and cost of a return I agreed. They stated that the payout for the handset would be the day it was received, after agreeing to the new price early afternoon, by close of business the money had still not arrived. The next day I rang the company numerous times to either find I was either cut off or when re dialled it was either engaged or fax number sounded,when it did ring it rang out and was never answered and no facility to leave message, Ive emailed 5 times and messaged on Facebook no reply or acknowledgement.

I’m starting to feel the phone has been received but I won’t get my money, this company is not ethical and this can’t be legit. I obtained a price and agreed to sell to them through Conpare & Recycle, I’m waiting to hear back from them to see how to progress as this is seriously unnerving especially in the current climate.

Don’t use this company

I sent my phone over a month ago as they were offering the highest price for my iPhone. They sent the packaging in time however they’ve now had it for over a month and made no contact with me. They don’t respond to emails, the phone number just rings when you call it and they don’t reply to the form on their site. 

Unfortunately, I read reviews AFTER I had sent my phone to these people.

It appears that I experienced their usual tactics. They gave me a price, I sent the phone, I then get an email to say they found a mysterious scratch on the screen (not sure how it got scratched whilst in transit), and offered a new low price. If I want the phone back I have to pay. Also they claim payment on the day they receive the phone, in my case I got payment a week later after chasing, and they even then took off an ‘admin’ payment too.

So my advice would be, avoid if possible, but if you really need to use them, work on the price advertised, but take off a quarter for mysterious imperfections and then another 10 pounds for admin.

Sent my phone to them 7 weeks ago I sent them 2 emails asking when I will get payment and there excuess was that I didnt disconnect the icloud service on my iPhone kept sending them emails and nothing back rang them and they said that they made payment to me on the first week of sending the phone to them and then I said I did not receive payment and there excuse was that I gave them the wrong bank account number. I. Then stated if it was the wrong account number then the payment would have bounced back to them and obviously they would have got in touch with me.

I gave them the account number again and stated that I would be in touch with the police if they didn't make payment to me. They answering the phone is strange they don't say who they are and keep saying I've given them the wrong account number but what is strange is that why would you keep trying to send money to an account that is either wrong or not mine. In order to be a good liar you have to have a good memory. Please all avoid this company like the plague
