Got my initial quote on 31st March from love2recycle/money4mymobile, received jiffy bag and freepost label a couple of days later (although I sent the handset via a recorded service, as using the freepost label provides no tracking or insurance), and got a cheque in the post on 11th March. That's 7 working days - absolutely can't fault these guys, and I actually received more for my phone that it had previously sold for on eBay to a non-paying bidder!

Intially emailed my request on 11th Jan and received my cheque today (10th Feb). Whilst the service isnt quick they offered the most cash by far, my welcome pack and envelope took a few days to reach me, but i posted from the post office with proof of purchase and they emailed to keep me updated on progress. Overall - as promised just dont expect your cheque in a week but worth the wait for me as nearly double what I could get from other recylers.

One of the sh*test companies I've ever had to deal with! Seems like they have a scam scheme in which they don't send cheques to half of the customers, hoping they will not follow up... I had 3 cheques from them that were 'lost in post' (3! C'mon pls!) Then they tried to apply a £10 administration fee to re-issue the cheque each time! Finally after 5 months of hassle I received a cheque. Today I found out it has bounced!! I could bearly believe it!!! PLS AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Im pleased to say that I used Money4my mobile (part of the love2recycle company) the service was good although it wasn't as quick as expected or explained, but i recieve a letter along with my cheque (the prices were ok) and it was rather nice and it said "if we are unable to re-use your old mobile phone, we will ensure that we dispose of it in the most environmentally friendly way" it was really nice to hear that brought and a smile to my face and i don't consider myself to do much in the part of being environmentally friendly although i do do my bit so thank you love2recycle team :D

Warning! I didn't read the reviews before sending my phone off to these people. I sent them a phone that worked perfectly the day I sent it after they made a decent price offer, but when they got it they said it wasn't working and offered a measly £1.81!?! It costs £5 for them to send the phone back to you, so they know they can take the mickey like this and get away with it. Having read the other reviews it's clear that they do this all the time and they must make a killing off us mugs. Just because they offer the best price for your phone doesn't mean they'll pay it!!!! Be warned!

Sent 2 phones to these guys and had my cheque quicker than expected for the price they promised on the website - would recommend!

I've just sent my second phone to this company. Found them to be very efficient the first time round. Had no problems with them at all. They are fast to respond to any emails I've sent. The first time I sent a phone in they emailed me to say it had arrived and they would now check it. When they had, they emailed me again to say my cheque had been posted. Got the cheque a few days later.

I sent my phones of by recored post and they have contacted me saying that they have got it and they have dispatched a check but it has been some time now and am starting to get worried... not really sure what i can do if i they dont arrive, just noticed this list of people that have had similar problems on here.... not feeling too confidant about things now! I will watch the post and keep updated on here. What can i do if they dont arrive, any advice?

Stay well clear of this company. tried contacting them as after 2 months still not received my cheque and they haven't had the decency to reply. How can a company like this still be up and running! When you look at the money they offer for the phones they are very good, however in hindsight I would take a bit less as you are more likely to get that money. Whereas I've ended up with nothing.

My son sent off three phones - all three were, by love 2 recycle,described as faulty. I know for sure that the most expensive one - sony ericcson - was not faulty as it was being used before my son got his new phone for his birthday. Love2recycle then says that my son didnt refuse their revised offer and so they automatically sent the lower amount and recycled his phones !!! would thoroughly advise people to use someone else.wish i had read this site before using them.
