I sold my phone to fonecraze as offered the best value for my phone, I sent my phoen off and received a mail to confirm receipt, I then waited and waited and waited I tried ringing, mailing but to no avail. I eventually received another mail saying it had been successful and that I cheque would be dispatched. That was 3 months ago and nothing. I cant beleive you cant even contact them but there website is still going and the amount of phones they have paid out for continues to go up as this is most definelty not the case. Please do not send them your phone in my case I am £119 out of pocket and 2 phones down :(

I like the other people who have written reviews have not received any money from this company despite them emailing me several times to say that it is on its way. Luckily for me I have not sent them a dearer phone as some but £65 is still a lot of money for me to lose. Like others please take heed AND DO NOT USE THEY ARE CON COMPANY. In feel bad because I did look into this company and there were a couple of reviews saying people had got their money so went with it. No better next time. Somebody please shut them down.

I send my Nokia N96 in February, do date I have not received any money, they are not replying to e-mails or phone calls, never use this company, something needs doing to stop this SCAMMERS.

I sent a i-phone 4 with their valuation at £319.50 on 28th March 2011. They received the phone and e-mailed to say it was undergoing testing and the payment would follow shortly. On the 16th April i was sent another e-mail saying it did not meet the criteria as it had a scratch. They made another offer of £300.00. Knowing it had a slight mark on the rear I accepted the offer and as yet 9th May I still haven't received a penny! You cannot contact them by phone or e-mail and they do not respond to mailed letters.

THIS COMPANY IS A CON. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST.

Had I looked more thouroughly into them prior to sending it I would never have used them.

I sent FONECAZE 2 good phones worth £50 each after going on a comparison site and reading that they were good. I sent them on 31.03.11 and they at first said they hadn't recieved them, then they said they would give me £75 for both and I got an email saying the money would go in my account, this was 2 weeks ago and still nothing... They don't answer the phone or emails!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

so can you not do anything too get your money off fonecraze. they have got my iphone 8gb they sent me a email saying that £120 would be getting put in my bank in the next 48hours this was about a month ago now, i have phoned everyday lots of times i have emailed and got no responce but i am not letting them get away with it no way something needs to be done about it. any ideas any one???? thankyou michelle

They have had my phone since 09.03.11 and have not paid. I would urge everyone to stay away from Fonecraze and tell all their friends to do the same. They do not answer the telephone or emails. I would not use these again if they the last site available.

This company con young children out of their phones and money. I am a single parent who is unable to work. my 13yr old daughter is saving to go on holiday and decided to sell her LG Cookie phone to raise some money. she choose this company as anyone would because they offered the best, she has now lost her phone and had no money. These people are heartless con men. After several attempts to contact this fonecraze company without success,I was going to trading standards but then read the reviews which my daughter obviously didn't and realised it would be a waste of time. Now I will have to make the money up to my daughter.PLEASE BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS FAKE

These people are criminals who take your phone then dont send your money. There are several blogs from hundreds of people who have been ripped off by them. They have been reported to the police, trading standards, watchdog, Advertising standards authority, National Action Fraud. Look on facebook at the pages and pages of comments about his company.

having the same trouble as everyone else. Recieved an email saying phones were in testing area this was second week in march.had no contact,no money since. i don't like the fact they are still able to pass as a reputable business. when they are quite clearly just SCAMMERS
