£10 Top Up Bundle
I was wondering why my mum keeps moaning about not having any money left on her phone, now from what you have said about Vodafone confiscating money from the phone if not used enough.
This is outrageous, she is elderly and only uses this for contacting the taxi company to collect and pick her up from appointments. We have always used Vodafone.
But from now on I'm now going to have to purchase her something different, as she doesn't use the phone that often, and to be left with no credit on the phone its' disgusting to be treated like that when it's your money.
Now I know why they have changed to this option instead of the top up card they used to use. In effect they are taking money from hard working people, who now only use their phone very seldom. Vodafone you get enough money from people as it is !!!!!!!!!!

This Product Deserves Zero Stars. Be Warned!
This product deserves zero stars.
Be warned!
Small print allows provider to confiscate all of the phone credit if you do not use it enough for outgoing calls. The only warning is a text that says your credit is low.
Ofcom accept this as acceptable practice. Would you?

There Is A Small Print Difference With The Company
There is a small print difference with the company this has been changed from the initial mobile purchase to the replacement Sim purchase when being disconnected and still in credit initially with the new mobile it said credit would not be funded, but then when being reconnected the term
changed to credit would be lost.
I suggest that there have been problems to force them to change the wording and without warning to those who don't use their mobile enough
