Phones sometimes crash. - When using MSN or Internet the sometimes crash and restart.
3 Mobile is a new mobile network which is based around the Internet.
3 Uses a 3G signal so any mobile on 3 is 3G which means you are able to video call and surf the Internet are broadband like speeds.
You need to be in a 3G area to use planet 3 services which include free News weather sports. You also check your balance using the Planet 3 Internet browser.

MSN Messenger is Free on PAYG until December. You need a compatible handset to use then and need to be in a 2.5G area or higher.
The application is very good if you use msn a lot when you are out or in. You can also hide the application and receive alerts when someone messages you.
3 Customer support is very good. The call centerers and in India but the people are very well spoken and easy to understand. I rang to inform them of a problem with the MSN Application and the were very helpful and talked me through all the steps to fix the application. The Application was unfixed so the submitted a Tech support request.
